Mr. Lin Bo-Shou hosted the joint meeting with the Board of Directors and Supervisors. He also took over the Chairperson position.

As of November 11, 1954, TCC owned three cement plants located in Kaohsiung, Su-ao, and Zhudong. TCC also owned two cement product plants located in Taipei and Gushan. Based on the Land-to-the-Tiller policy, TCC transformed from the state-owned enterprise to a private firm, since then, TCC started growing.
