Growth-Oriented Compensation

TCC offers market-competitive salaries, attractive performance bonuses to motivate employees, and a comprehensive benefits system along with well-rounded legal retirement plans.

Performance Bonus System

TCC plans to establish a generous performance bonus system based on operational results and individual performance, aiming to promote profit sharing and reward employees' outstanding contributions.

Quarterly Bonus

TCC has introduced a quarterly bonus system that allows employees to share in the company's achievements. This system incorporates each plant's progress toward carbon intensity targets aligned with the 2050 carbon neutrality goal, integrating sustainability performance into overall company operations.

Stock Ownership Plan

Stock Ownership Plan

TCC has initiated a stock ownership plan as a long-term incentive, linking performance evaluation indicators to sustainable development goals. Evaluation indicators include performance in carbon reduction strategy implementation. Employees with outstanding work performance at both Taiwan and overseas subsidiaries are eligible to participate.

Employee Savings Matching Fund

TCC encourages employee to save by offering age-based saving plans. Contributions are made in January and July each year, with the Employee Welfare Committee contributes 50% of that amount. The total amount is jointly deposited into the employee welfare trust account.

Stock Trust

Employees contribute a fixed amount from their monthly salary, and TCC matches this contribution 1:1. Both funds are deposited into a dedicated trust account. Participating employees may also apply for a one-time additional stock trust contribution in June and December each year, with TCC providing an additional 10% of the employee's personal contribution to their individual trust account.

Flexible Working Hours

Each year, employees are provided with three days of paid Care Leave, as well as a work-from-home and flexible hours system, allowing all employees to balance health and safety, family care, and work flexibility.

Remote Work

To support employees in balancing work and family life, those who need to care for children under 12 years of age can apply for three days of remote work per month, providing a more flexible working arrangement that allows employees to manage both career development and family responsibilities.

Dynamic Workplace

Three major sporting events: Dragon Boat Race, Taroko Marathon, and Sun Moon Lake Swim, along with various employee clubs including baseball, badminton, basketball, and aerobic rhythm clubs.
